We understand that branding is a vital part of any business marketing strategy and we believe that garments embroidered with a company logo project the professional image that every organisation seeks to promote. Embroidery is the most popular and cost effective form of garment decoration .
We use multi head industrial embroidery machines which replicate your logo directly onto your garment. Embroidery can be applied to most fabrics and a huge variety of garments including everyday work wear.
Heat Sealed Transfers
We use Thermofilm which is the latest material to be used for making the numbers and letters that we press onto the back of sports shirts and is exactly the same as what the NRL, AFL and NBL teams use so it’s TOUGH! It won’t crack, peel or fade and will last the life of the garment under normal circumstances. That means your shirt keeps on looking good and also saves you money because you won’t have to replace it until the whole shirt has worn out! Garments can be washed normally but NOT dried in a dryer.
If you only have a small number of garments using transfers is more cost effective than screen printing.
We use Plastisol inks in our screen printing process because they are easy to work with, they don’t dry in the screen, they can be opaque on dark garments and can adhere to most textiles. Plastisol inks can be printed on virtually any surface that can withstand the heat required to cure the ink and is porous enough to permit good ink penetration. Plastisol inks do not dye the fibres. Instead, the ink wraps around the fibres and makes a mechanical bond with the fabric. Care is as for transfers.
Digital direct to garment printing
Any image at all can be printed onto your garment! Its quick , the colours are really vibrant and the print has great wash durability. Great for groups, events or just a few fun tees! It works best on 100% cotton fabric i.e. cotton tees are perfect!
